Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the time of arrival indicated on the booking.
For Guided Tours, having Private Tour Guides for your Visit to the major Archaeological Sites all around Italy and to the Islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, a 50% deposit will be required at the reservation of the service. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the service.
For a Full or Half Day Private Tours of the Amalfi Coast and surrounding Area, starting from the Train Station o Naples or Salerno, a 50% deposit will be required at the reservation of the service. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the service.
In the case of delays due to the airline, the customer will not pay any penalty and the service is guaranteed.
For delayed arrivals by boat, we will keep on waiting 90 minutes after the berth.

Upon arrival at the Airport, train station or port terminal, our drivers will meet you with the name you indicated when booking clearly displayed on a meeting sign.
If the airline looses your luggage, please notify our driver.
The prices negotiated for the service include all fees provided for in Italy.
