Your private driver will meet you on the pier in Amalfi following disembarkation ( tendered ashore ) with a leading name clearly displayed on an Amalfi Coast Destination meeting sign and will proceed for a truly memorable experience visiting the most famous and magical settings overlooking the Tyrrhenian sea.

The Path Of The Mediterranean Flavors

Guided tour at a family run Mozzarella Cheese Producer.
During this fabulous excursion, you will enjoy a personalized tour of the cheese factory and learn about the process of making the delicious mozzarella cheese of  the Campania Region. You’ll be invited into the facility see the authentic mozzarella cheese production and learn how it has been produced by this family for over half a century; from the first drop of milk to the final delicious freshly produced mozzarella cheese.

At the conclusion of the demonstration process,  you will continue to fully enjoy your experience making hands on your own  fresh mozzarella cheese being assisted by a local cheese maker.
During the day you will have the unique possibility to taste the mozzarella rolled by you plus other Delicious & Genuine  local products including cold cuts, wine and a variety of cheeses.

Lemon Tour, Limoncello Tasting & Lunch

While enjoying the charm of the coastline combined with the hills side beauty, we will then be leading for a short drive to an hidden jem of the Amalfi Coast  such as the village of Conca dei Marini homeland of the famous and delicious sfogliatella pastry.

At this village you will meet Chef Fiore owner of a local family run restaurant and of several lemon groves.
During your experience you will stroll around the yards, have an explanation of the different kind of lemons, of the cultivation, how and when lemons are harvested and of the several products that can be made using lemons.

Once at the restaurant you will attend to a Limoncello demonstration made with the best lemons of the Amalfi Coast.
At the conclusion while being surrounded by a magical and relaxing atmosphere you will certainly enjoy a limoncello spritz followed by lunch having the possibility to taste healthy, exquisite and delicious lemon based dishes including  2 different Pastas, a main course of the delicious and genuine local fish, dessert and limoncello.
At the end of the day before leading back to your scheduled hop off location and point, Chef Fiore will give you a certificate of participation to the Lemon tour and limoncello demonstration.
